POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY
We realize it's important to keep shipping as simple and affordable as possible. Shipping is calculated at checkout and ranges depending on the destination, package weight & service type. We ship using a tracking number and delivery time will vary based on service type and any service interruptions by the carrier. Orders received weekdays after 5pm EST are processed on the following business day.
Fan Sparkle does not guarantee shipping timeframes. An estimated delivery date is provided at checkout but delays can be caused by various factors outside of our control. You will receive an email when your order has shipped and when it is out for delivery.
Please note: shipping charges are not refundable if items are returned. Additionally, buyers are responsible for return shipping when returning items. All returns should be shipped with a tracking number. Doing so will allow you to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. Shipping without a tracking number will not allow us (or you) to recover any lost or stolen packages.
REFUND POLICY
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. We are unable to offer refunds if more than 30-days have passed since the confirmed delivery date for your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have created an account with Fan Sparkle, we will be able to confirm your order through the site.
Please contact us to request a return. We will provide an RMA number along with specific shipping instructions when required. Returns must be received within 2-weeks of receiving an RMA number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping without those features prevents you from opening a case if the package becomes lost. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is shipped without a tracking number. We will not be able to provide refunds if the item is never received.
Please note: Final sale items are noted throughout the site on each product page. This includes, but is not limited to, clearance items and Fan Chains. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days to process returns. Please note that refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and/or credit card provider. There is often a 3 - 4 day time frame for returns to be posted to your financial institution. If you still don't see your return posted, please contact us at info@fansparkle.com.
Non Refundable Items
Clearance & Fan Chains items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items will be clearly marked throughout the site.
Exchanges
We quality control our products and inspect every item before shipping. However, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified within 5-days of receiving shipment than an item has been received as defective or damaged. All defective items must be returned first, examined by Fan Sparkle and if the item is deemed defective or damaged, a replacement will be provided.
Please contact us to request an exchange. We will provide an RMA number along with specific shipping instructions when required. Returns for an exchange must be received within 2-weeks of receiving an RMA number.
